本サービスは無料プランおよび有料プランを提供しています。会員登録時に利用規約への同意が必要です。本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本サービスをご利用いただけません。
本サービスに掲載されている情報の正確性や最新性の確保に努めておりますが、その内容について一切の保証を行うものではありません。物件の在庫状況、価格、面積などは予告なく変更される場合があり、これらの情報に基づいて行われた判断に対する責任を当社は負いません。
本サイトに掲載されている物件情報は、公開されている不動産会社のウェブサイトや官公庁のデータに基づいて取得したものです。当社は物件の説明文や画像等の著作物を掲載しておらず、タイトル・価格・面積などの基本情報のみを使用しています。
掲載されている物件情報に関するすべての権利は、元の提供元に帰属します。当社は、いかなる物件の所有権も主張せず、物件の売買自体を行うものではありません。

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
当社は、本サービスの内容や機能を予告なく変更・停止することがあります。システム障害やアクセス不能により生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
本サービスは現在、無料で提供されています。未登録ユーザーは7日遅延のデータにアクセスでき、登録ユーザーは日次更新のデータにアクセスできます。
将来的に有料プランを導入する可能性があります。その場合は、事前にウェブサイト上で通知し、料金体系やサービス内容を明示いたします。既存ユーザーには、有料化前に十分な通知期間を設けます。
アカウント登録時に、本利用規約への同意をもって契約が成立します。現在のサービスは無料であり、自動更新や定期支払いはありません。
アカウントの解約を希望される場合は、アカウント設定またはお問い合わせ（info@fudousantech.jp）よりご連絡ください。解約後、アカウント情報およびデータは削除されます。
本サービスの利用にはアカウント登録が必要です。ユーザーは、自らのアカウント情報の管理責任を負い、そのアカウントを用いた全ての行為はユーザー本人によるものとみなされます。個人情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
通常の利用範囲内では使用制限はありませんが、システムに過度の負荷をかける使用については、当社判断により制限を設ける場合があります。規約違反が認められた場合、事前通知なくアカウントを停止することがあります。
当社が開発・提供するソフトウェア、デザイン、UI等は、知的財産権によって保護されています。これらを当社の許可なく複製・使用することは禁止されています。
本サービスに関するお客様との紛争については、まず当社への直接のお問い合わせにより解決を図ります。解決に至らない場合は、消費者契約法に基づく消費者センターでの調停、または裁判外紛争解決手続き（ADR）の利用を推奨します。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。また、本サービスに関連する一切の紛争は、札幌地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
当社は、本規約を変更する場合があります。重要な変更については、事前にウェブサイト上で通知いたします。変更後の規約は、掲載時点から効力を有します。

不動産の取引、設計、測量、建築確認、開発行為、境界確定、越境・工作物に関する判断その他法的・実務上の判断に当たっては、必ず有資格の専門家（例：土地家屋調査士、測量士、司法書士、不動産事業者等）および官公庁の正式資料（登記事項証明書、公図、地積測量図、確定測量成果等）により確認してください。境界情報の利用に起因又は関連して生じた一切の損害について、当社は何らの責任も負いません。
